Given that financial statements and other supporting information appear to be missing or non-compliant, and it is not reasonable to ask owners to vote on something without the full information they are entitled to, should the AGM should not proceed until all documentation is accurate and complete? In the budget motions, the total for the ‘interim periods’ line appears to be exactly double the per-period amount – for example, $169.40 shown with a total of $338.80. Are owners expected to pay the doubled figure, or is this a typo? There appear to be at least 3 committee nominations that were not included in the AGM agenda.
